As a People Delivery Assistant, your job will be to provide HR support services to Shoprite branches and regional management. You will work closely with the Divisional People Partner and Regional People Partners to ensure smooth operations within the HR department.
✅ HR Administration: Maintain employee records, process HR documents, and handle queries.
✅ File & Organize HR Documents: Ensure all HR-related paperwork is properly stored and recorded.
✅ Training & Attendance Records: Keep track of employee training sessions and attendance.
✅ Weekly Reports & Audits: Assist in preparing and completing regular HR reports.
✅ HR Queries & Support: Help employees with leave applications, pay queries, and benefits.
✅ Uniforms & PPE: Order and distribute uniforms and personal protective equipment (PPE).
✅ Event Coordination: Help organize events like long-service awards, training sessions, and appreciation meals.
✅ Employee Engagement Activities: Support initiatives that keep employees happy and motivated.

✔️ Education: National Diploma or Degree in HR Management, Industrial Psychology, or a related field (Essential).
✔️ Experience: At least 1 year of experience in an HR administrative or HR assistant role.
✔️ HR Knowledge: Understanding of HR policies, employee benefits, and labor laws.
✔️ Computer Skills: Must be proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and other business tools.
✔️ Attention to Detail: Ability to manage data, files, and reports accurately.
✔️ Planning & Organizing Skills: Able to multitask and manage deadlines effectively.
✔️ People Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
