What Will You Do in This Job?

As a Sales Assistant (also called a Brand Ambassador), your main job will be to talk to customers inside a Shoprite or partner store and explain how PayJoy’s smart phone financing works. You’ll guide them through the process of getting a phone and signing up for a payment plan. Here’s a closer look at your daily tasks:

Talk to Customers: Greet people in-store, understand what they need, and introduce them to PayJoy’s services.
Know the Products: Learn all about PayJoy’s financing options and the types of smartphones available.
Explain Clearly: Tell customers about the benefits of PayJoy – quick approvals, affordable payments, and how it helps build credit.
Guide Applications: Help customers apply for financing, step-by-step.
Keep Things Professional: Make sure the display areas look neat and presentable.
Work as a Team: Build strong relationships with both the customers and the retail staff.
Give Feedback: Report to your manager regularly about your work, customer needs, and any issues.
Follow the Rules: Stick to Shoprite and PayJoy’s guidelines during every shift.

What You Need to Get the Job
