📌 Programme Details
1. Retail Readiness Programme (RRP)
- Duration: 7 weeks (5 weeks practical + 2 weeks theory)
- Outcome: NQF Level 3 qualification
- Focus: Intro to retail, customer service, sales, and store operations
2. Youth Employment Service (YES)
- Duration: 12 months full-time work exposure
- Outcome: Work experience in various store roles, sales, merchandising, and operations
- Requirement: Must have completed the RRP Programme first

Nationwide across South Africa – Urban and rural placements available in Shoprite, Checkers, and Usave stores.
