About the Role

Join our team at MR Atteridgeville as a Pharmacy Sales Assistant! This part-time role involves supporting the pharmacist with Centralised Chronic Medication Dispensing and Distribution (CCMDD). You’ll be crucial in ensuring a smooth process by following SOPs and providing exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities

  • Receive CCMDD parcels, both electronically and manually, following manifests.
  • Organize and distribute parcels per our system and SOPs.
  • Create spreadsheets and compile reports to track parcel handling.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization within the workspace.

Qualifications & Skills

Education: Grade 12

Experience:

Preferred experience in administrative roles.

Familiarity with dispensing and ordering systems.

Skills:

Proficiency in computer usage.

Bilingual (English and Afrikaans preferred).

Strong administrative and customer service abilities.

Knowledgeable about healthcare products and stock receiving procedures.
