As a Shop Assistant at Signature Cosmetics, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering exceptional customer experiences, ensuring the store is visually appealing, and driving sales to meet targets.
Key Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include:
- Customer Engagement: Create a welcoming and personalized shopping experience for every customer.
- Sales Motivation: Inspire and motivate team members to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Visual Merchandising: Maintain high visual merchandising standards to create a beautiful and inviting store environment.
- Stock Management: Keep the sales floor neat, fully replenished, and manage stock levels to minimize losses and shrinkage.
- Pricing Accuracy: Ensure all products are correctly priced and have relevant stickers or signage.
- Inventory Control: Conduct stock takes, investigate variances, and escalate any stock issues to the Area Manager.
- Operational Compliance: Adhere to point of sale and banking procedures, and address any concerns with the Area Manager.
- Store Standards: Follow all store operational policies and procedures to maintain a smooth-running store.

- Education: Matric, Grade 12, or equivalent certificate.
