✅ What You Need to Apply

To qualify for this role, you must have:

✔️ Grade 12 qualification
✔️ At least 2 years of mechanical maintenance experience in an industrial or chemical plant environment
✔️ Basic knowledge of mechanical & electrical industrial plant maintenance
✔️ Computer literacy
✔️ A valid driver’s license
✔️ Ability to work shifts and overtime when required
✔️ Strong understanding of basic mechanical engineering principles

📌 What Will You Be Doing?

As a General Worker at Solenis, your responsibilities will include:

🔧 Performing general duties assigned by the Foreman without direct supervision.
🔧 Working in the plant, workshop, or other facilities as needed.
🔧 Following preventative, predictive, and reactive maintenance procedures based on company standards.
🔧 Reporting any equipment or plant deviations to supervisors.
🔧 Planning work and troubleshooting problems related to maintenance tasks.
🔧 Maintaining housekeeping standards according to 5S principles.
🔧 Handling additional tasks assigned by senior employees.
