💼 What You’ll Be Doing

As a Store Manager at Power Fashion, your role is to lead a team of passionate sales associates and ensure that the store meets and exceeds its sales goals. Here’s what you’ll be responsible for:

✔️ Driving Sales & Hitting Targets – Maximize store turnover and help the team achieve their sales goals.
✔️ Managing Stock & Expenses – Keep inventory levels in check and control store expenses to boost profitability.

✔️ Ensuring Store Efficiency – Use store resources wisely to maintain high productivity and smooth operations.

To qualify for this role, you must have:

✔️ Matric / Grade 12 (Mathematics is a bonus!)

✔️ Leadership skills – You should be able to inspire and motivate your team.
