Our Graduate Management Trainee (GMT) Program is designed to develop future leaders who will help our business meet the challenges of tomorrow. Over the years, we’ve hired more than 2,300 talented individuals globally through this program, many of whom have left a lasting legacy in our company. This program is more than just a job – it’s a stepping stone toward becoming a future leader in the world of brewing and beverages.
As a Graduate Management Trainee, you’ll experience the following over your first 10 months:
Rotation Through Key Functions: You will rotate through different departments, including Marketing, Sales, Technology, and Supply/Logistics. This will give you hands-on experience in each of these areas, allowing you to tackle real business challenges.
Projects and Learning: Work on actual business projects in line with SAB’s three core strategic pillars. You’ll gain valuable knowledge and skills while working on these initiatives.
Global Induction: Be part of the Cheers! Festival, a global induction where you’ll meet senior leaders and network with fellow trainees from around the world. You’ll also hear about SAB’s strategy and vision for the future directly from top executives.
Mentoring and Leadership Development: You’ll have access to formal mentoring and a unique curriculum designed to enhance your leadership skills. This includes opportunities to work with senior leaders and gain invaluable insights into the company’s operations.
Global Opportunities: As a GMT, you may have the chance to work in different locations across the zone, giving you a well-rounded understanding of SAB’s global operations. Openness to mobility is crucial for maximizing your potential.
Career Placement: Upon completing the program, you’ll be placed in a frontline position within the company. While the exact path may be flexible, it’s an opportunity for you to take on a leadership role and make an impact.
