• Manage production levels to make sure the store never runs out of freshly baked goods
• Follow recipes accurately to maintain consistency and top quality
• Work with a team, giving direction where needed, and making sure everyone meets their goals
• Make sure customer orders are completed on time and exactly to spec
• Understand how to apply cost-effective baking techniques without compromising on quality

• Matric Certificate (Grade 12)
• Able to speak and understand English
• Must live within 15km of the store
• A clear criminal record
