• Preparing steaks, burgers, ribs, and other grilled menu items according to company recipes.

• Keeping the grill station clean, organised, and safe throughout the day.
• Cleaning and maintaining grilling equipment.
• Completing opening and closing duties for the grill section.

• Rotating stock using the First In, First Out (FIFO) method.
• Reducing food waste by storing and preparing food correctly.

Minimum Requirements
