What You’ll Need to Qualify

To be considered for this role, applicants should meet the following requirements:

  • A tertiary diploma in Agriculture or a closely related field.
  • Five or more years of experience in the agricultural industry.
  • Fluency in both isiXhosa and English to communicate effectively with farmers and team members.

  • An AVCASA certificate will be a strong advantage.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, along with broad agricultural knowledge.
  • A good understanding of local cultures and social values, especially in rural and communal farming areas.
