What Is the Standard Bank Learnership Programme All About?

The Call Centre Learnership is a 12-month training programme that combines classroom learning with hands-on experience in a voice branch (call centre) environment. You’ll learn how to handle customer queries, resolve issues, and understand how a real banking operation works behind the scenes.

You’ll also study towards a formal qualification:
Agile Banking Professional – Certificate in Banking (NQF Level 5)

This course will help you understand financial systems, customer service, business ethics, and give you the FAIS accreditation, which is essential if you want to grow in the banking sector.
