As a Sales Associate at Sterns, you will be the face of the brand, helping customers find the perfect jewellery pieces. Your goal will be to provide outstanding customer service, exceed sales targets, and ensure the store is always ready for shoppers. ✅ Key Responsibilities:

• Represent Sterns as a brand ambassador and create an amazing shopping experience.
• Identify customer needs and offer the best product solutions.

• Assist with stock replenishment to keep the store well-organized.

🎯 Job Requirements:

To qualify, you must have:

• Grade 12 (Matric Certificate)
• A passion for customer service and sales
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• The ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• The ability to work independently and take initiative
• Attention to detail and a results-driven mindset

💡 Preferred Skills (Not Required but Beneficial):

• Experience in sales or retail
• Knowledge of customer service best practices
• Strong negotiation and selling skills
• The ability to handle customer challenges effectively
