As a part-time Invigilator, you’ll help make sure exams run smoothly, fairly, and securely. You’ll be a key player in supporting the examination process, ensuring students are guided and that assessments follow institutional rules and policies.


🎯 What You’ll Do

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing exam venues and helping students find their assigned seats
  • Making sure assessment materials are secure before, during, and after the exam
  • Working closely with the Assessment Officer to manage any student concerns or irregularities
  • Receiving, distributing, collecting, and organizing exam papers and scripts
  • Enforcing strict rules to ensure exam integrity
  • Supporting a stress-free environment for both students and staff during assessments

This is a fast-paced and detailed job that requires a calm and focused approach.


✅ Minimum Requirements

To apply for this role, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Matric Certificate (Grade 12)
  • 1–2 years of experience in a similar setting such as:
    • Invigilation
    • Exam assistance
    • Teaching or tutoring
    • General academic administration

Note: Previous experience as an invigilator or educator is a bonus but not required.

📆 Working Hours

  • This is a part-time role
