Position: Delivery Team Leader
As a Team Leader, you’ll be responsible for managing delivery operations, ensuring efficient workflow, and leading a high-performing team to enhance customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure staff compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Conduct regular performance reviews and address any concerns proactively.
- Oversee the scanning and dispatching of products from the hub.
- Inspect and ensure outbound vehicles are loaded correctly and on time.
- Manage dispatch documentation, ensuring accuracy and proper filing.
- Address operational issues swiftly and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe operational environment.
- Monitor Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and stationery requirements.
- Work closely with other departments to enhance service delivery and efficiency.
Requirements to Apply:
- Education: Matric (Grade 12) is required. A tertiary qualification in Supply Chain or Logistics is a plus.
- Experience: At least three years in a Supply Chain or Logistics role, with prior experience in team leadership or fleet administration.
- Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and email software.
- Experience in investigating and resolving operational challenges.
