What You’ll Do as a Sales Supervisor

In this role, you will be responsible for:

Maximizing Store Profitability: Assisting the Store Manager in achieving monthly budgets and keeping stock losses below the benchmark.

Store Administration: Ensuring all administrative tasks are completed according to our Standard Operating Procedures.

Maintaining Brand Standards: Implementing and maintaining Tekkie Town’s brand standards to meet customer expectations.

Promotions and Merchandising: Effectively implementing promotions, visual merchandising principles, and maintaining high standards in the store.

Customer Service Operations: Coordinating daily operations such as sales processes, orders, and payments.

Supervising and Motivating Staff: Leading your team to achieve daily targets, coaching, and supporting new and existing Sales Associates.

Store Management: Taking charge of the store in the absence of the Store Manager and ensuring all employees adhere to company policies.

Opening and Closing the Store: Overseeing the opening and closing procedures of the store.

Who Should Apply?

We’re looking for someone who meets the following qualifications and skills:

Education: Grade 12 / Matric.
Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Outlook, and Excel.
Experience: At least 1 – 2 years of experience as a Sales Assistant in the retail sector.
Communication: Fluent in English and another official South African language.
Skills: Strong interpersonal and selling skills, logical thinking, and analytical ability.
Energy and Drive: High energy level and performance-driven attitude.
Organization and Time Management: Excellent planning, organizing, and time management skills.
Leadership: Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
Customer Care: Outstanding customer care skills with the ability to interact and communicate effectively with customers.
Teamwork: Ability to work independently as well as be a team player.
