✔ Grade 12 / Matric Certificate
✔ 1 – 2 years of retail experience (preferably as a Senior Sales Assistant)

✔ Fluency in English and another official South African language
✔ Strong interpersonal and selling skills
✔ Leadership and organizational abilities

What You’ll Be Doing as a Sales Supervisor

🎯 Sales & Profitability:
✔ Assist the Store Manager in achieving monthly sales targets
✔ Motivate and supervise staff to ensure daily targets are met
✔ Monitor stock losses and keep them under control

📋 Store Operations & Administration:

✔ Ensure all store operations follow standard procedures
✔ Maintain brand standards to meet customer expectations
✔ Manage opening and closing of the store

👥 Team Management & Customer Service:

✔ Coach and support new and existing Sales Associates
✔ Coordinate daily customer service operations (sales processes, orders, payments)
✔ Provide outstanding customer service and ensure a great shopping experience

👟 Stock & Merchandising:

✔ Stay updated with latest trends and new stock arrivals
✔ Implement promotions and visual merchandising strategies

💼 Store Management Support:

✔ Step in to manage the store in the absence of the Store Manager
✔ Ensure all employees follow company policies and procedures
