We are searching for dedicated, customer-focused individuals who can handle daily operations efficiently while delivering top-notch service. In this role, you’ll play a key part in keeping our store running smoothly and ensuring our customers have the best shopping experience.
As a Service Center Administrator, you will be responsible for assisting customers, handling transactions, and ensuring all administrative tasks are completed accurately. You’ll be working within both the tech and furniture segments, making every day a new and exciting challenge!
Here’s what you’ll be doing daily:
✅ Customer Service Excellence – Greet and assist customers with a friendly attitude.
✅ Transaction Handling – Process sales, cash-ups, and refunds with high accuracy.
✅ Stock Management – Help with receiving, dispatching, and organizing stock to maintain a smooth workflow.
✅ Store Operations – Maintain a neat, organized, and professional store environment.
✅ Reception Duties – Manage phone calls and assist with customer inquiries.
✅ Security & Safety Compliance – Follow store security guidelines to prevent fraud.
✅ Merchandising & Housekeeping – Ensure the store layout is attractive and well-maintained.
✅ Teamwork & Self-Management – Work efficiently with your colleagues to hit performance targets.
✅ Product Knowledge – Stay updated with the latest products and promotions.
To qualify for this role, you’ll need:
✔️ Matric / Grade 12 (High School Diploma)
✔️ Strong numeracy skills (ability to work with money)
✔️ Basic computer literacy (MS Office – Word & Excel)
✔️ Good attention to detail (accuracy is key!)
✔️ Excellent interpersonal & communication skills (written and verbal)
✔️ Ability to work in a team and independently
✔️ Target-driven and able to meet performance goals
✔️ Friendly and professional telephone etiquette
✔️ Knowledge of retail & financial administration is a plus
✔️ Experience in SAP software (advantageous)
✔️ Prior retail or cellular experience is beneficial
✔️ Strong sense of integrity and customer-centric mindset
