What You’ll Do Daily

As a Sales Supervisor, your job goes beyond just helping customers. You’ll be leading the floor staff and making sure the store hits its goals. Here’s what your day could look like:

• Motivate and lead team members to meet daily sales targets.
• Deliver outstanding customer service every single day.
• Make sure all store processes are followed correctly.
• Support the Store Manager and help with budgeting and reporting.
• Manage store operations if the Store Manager is unavailable.
• Coordinate customer service, sales processes, orders, and payments.
• Implement promotions and manage in-store displays.
• Ensure all staff follow company policies and Standard Operating Procedures.
• Assist in reducing stock losses and improving store admin.
• Help with unpacking stock and staying updated on new arrivals.

What You’ll Need to Apply

To apply for this role, you need to have the right attitude, experience, and some basic qualifications:

• Grade 11 is required.
• Be computer literate, especially in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• At least 1–2 years of experience as a Senior Sales Assistant in retail.
• Fluent in English and another Namibian language.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a natural ability to sell.
• Be organised, performance-driven, and full of energy.
• Show strong leadership and teamwork abilities.
• Know how to manage time and stay focused on daily tasks.
• Be ready to take charge, especially in the absence of your Store Manager.
