Job Overview: What You’ll Be Doing

As a Sales Supervisor, you’ll be reporting directly to the Store Manager. You’ll help lead and motivate the sales floor team, ensuring customers leave with a smile and daily sales targets are met.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Helping the Store Manager hit monthly sales budgets
• Leading the floor team and motivating staff to perform
• Supervising customer service operations
• Supporting and coaching new sales associates
• Managing orders, payments, and general store processes
• Assisting with visual merchandising and promotions
• Making sure brand standards are always maintained
• Helping with stock unpacking, loss prevention, and general admin tasks
• Opening and closing the store when needed
• Taking charge of the store in the absence of the Store Manager
• Ensuring all company policies and procedures are followed

This role is fast-paced, exciting, and perfect for someone who enjoys being hands-on, involved, and in charge.

Minimum Qualifications

To be considered, you need:

• Grade 11 or higher
• Computer skills, especially with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

Experience and Skills Needed

You’ll do well in this role if you have:

• At least 1–2 years of experience as a senior sales assistant in retail
• Great communication skills – English and one other Namibian language
• Strong interpersonal and selling abilities
• Logical thinking and problem-solving skills
• High energy, drive, and a results-focused attitude
• Leadership and time management skills
• A love for working with people and being part of a team
• A talent for customer care and relationship building
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a busy retail environment
