What You’ll Do:
- Maximize Profits: Help the Store Manager achieve monthly budgets.
- Administrative Excellence: Ensure the store’s administration aligns with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Control Stock Losses: Keep stock losses below the benchmark.
- Maintain Brand Standards: Implement and maintain brand standards in line with customer expectations.
- Visual Merchandising: Effectively implement promotions and visual merchandising principles.
- Unpacking Stock: Stay updated with the latest trends and manage the unpacking process.
- Customer Service: Coordinate daily customer service operations, including sales processes, orders, and payments.
- Motivate Staff: Supervise and inspire staff to meet daily targets.
- Coaching: Support new and existing Sales Associates.
- Store Management: Manage the store in the absence of the Store Manager.
- Adherence to SOPs: Ensure all employees follow company SOPs.
- Store Operations: Responsible for opening and closing the store.
What You Need:
Qualifications:
- Grade 12/Matric: High school diploma.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).
Experience:
- Retail Experience: 1-2 years as a Senior Sales Assistant in retail.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English and another relevant South African language.

- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal and selling skills.
- Logical Thinking: Strong analytical abilities.
- High Energy: Performance-driven with high energy levels.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent planning, organizing, and time management skills.
