What You’ll Do:

• Maximize Profits: Help the Store Manager achieve monthly budgets.
• Administrative Excellence: Ensure the store’s administration aligns with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Control Stock Losses: Keep stock losses below the benchmark.
• Maintain Brand Standards: Implement and maintain brand standards in line with customer expectations.
• Visual Merchandising: Effectively implement promotions and visual merchandising principles.
• Unpacking Stock: Stay updated with the latest trends and manage the unpacking process.
• Customer Service: Coordinate daily customer service operations, including sales processes, orders, and payments.
• Motivate Staff: Supervise and inspire staff to meet daily targets.
• Coaching: Support new and existing Sales Associates.
• Store Management: Manage the store in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Adherence to SOPs: Ensure all employees follow company SOPs.
• Store Operations: Responsible for opening and closing the store.

What You Need:

Qualifications:

• Grade 12/Matric: High school diploma.
• Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).

Experience:

• Retail Experience: 1-2 years as a Senior Sales Assistant in retail.
• Language Skills: Fluent in English and another relevant South African language.

Skills:

• Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal and selling skills.
• Logical Thinking: Strong analytical abilities.
• High Energy: Performance-driven with high energy levels.
• Organizational Skills: Excellent planning, organizing, and time management skills.
