What You’ll Do:

As a Trainee Call Centre Agent at Old Mutual, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers. You’ll handle both inbound and outbound calls, ensuring customer satisfaction by following set procedures and quality standards. You’ll work under direct supervision and receive continuous support and coaching to help you succeed.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Answering customer queries via phone, adhering to Call Centre standards.
• Escalating complex issues to senior agents when necessary.
• Sharing relevant information with customers, with help and on-the-job training.
• Resolving customer issues during the initial call whenever possible.
• Gaining technical knowledge at a learner to moderate level.
• Developing skills across various products and processes relevant to the business area.

Work Schedule:

• Monday to Thursday: 16:00 – 19:30
• Friday: Starting from 15:00
• Saturday: 09:00 – 13:00

What You Need:
