As a Sales Agent, your primary role will be to promote and sell Telkom products and services, ensuring that every customer interaction is meaningful and leads to customer satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to meet sales targets. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and are motivated by achieving results, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

We are looking for a pleasant and competitive Promoter for our Telkom Division at Real Promotions.
Missions:

Demonstrate and provide information on promoted products and services
Create a positive image and encourage consumers to use the products/services
Utilize knowledge gained from training
Identify customer interest and understand their needs and requirements.

Skills:
- Strong listening, communication, and social skills

Key Responsibilities

Generate new leads through cold calling, referrals, and networking.
Present and promote Telkom’s services, including fibre, mobile plans, and internet packages.
Identify customer needs and tailor recommendations to fit them.
Achieve individual and team sales targets.
Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide technical information.
Keep up to date with Telkom products, promotions, and competitors’ offerings.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales data.
Participate in marketing campaigns and attend team meetings to strategize for sales growth.

Required Skills and Experience

Matric / Grade 12 qualification (minimum).
Sales experience in telecommunications or retail will be advantageous.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
