What Does a Food & Beverage Waiter Do?

As a Food & Beverage Waiter, your main job is to serve food and drinks to hotel guests in a fast, friendly, and efficient way. You will work in different areas of the hotel, including:

• The hotel restaurant
• Room service
• Special events and functions

Your role is important because you help make sure guests enjoy their stay and have a great dining experience.

Your Main Responsibilities

Here’s what you will do every day:

• Serve food and drinks to guests with a big smile and great attitude.
• Take orders correctly and deliver them quickly.
• Make sure tables and dining areas are clean and neat at all times.
• Handle any guest problems calmly and find solutions fast.
• Communicate clearly with other staff members to keep service running smoothly.
