🛎️ What You’ll Be Doing (Job Responsibilities)

As a Receptionist at The Capital Hotels, you’ll be the face of the hotel, ensuring that every guest has an amazing experience from check-in to check-out.

Here’s what you’ll be responsible for:

✔ Guest Check-In & Check-Out – Welcome guests, process check-ins, and ensure smooth departures.
✔ Guest Account Management – Handle transactions, process payments, and update guest records.
✔ Customer Service Excellence – Assist guests with any special requests or needs.
✔ Reservations Assistance – Help guests book accommodations and provide information.
✔ Problem-Solving – Handle guest concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
✔ Confidentiality & Security – Protect guest information and handle sensitive data with discretion.

📜 What You Need to Apply (Minimum Requirements)

🎓 Qualifications:

✅ Matric (Grade 12)
✅ Hospitality Qualification (or similar field)

💼 Experience:

✅ 1-2 years as a Receptionist in a hotel or similar environment

🖥️ Skills & Knowledge:

✅ Strong computer literacy (MS Office & Protel PMS or similar software)
✅ Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to stay calm under pressure
✅ Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
✅ Well-spoken and presentable – First impressions matter!
✅ Honest and trustworthy – You will handle important guest information.

🚨 Important Note: If you live outside the hotel’s city, relocation costs will be your own responsibility.
