What Will You Do as a Night Waiter?

As a Night Waiter at The Capital Hotels, your role is essential to ensuring our guests receive exceptional service even during late hours. Your key responsibilities will be to:

Provide food and beverages through Room Service during the night shift (10 pm – 7 am).
Assist in Function areas if required, ensuring friendly, fast, and efficient service.
Manage front-of-house duties such as welcoming guests and ensuring their needs are met.
Take charge of stock management, ensuring everything is in order for smooth service.
