Your Role as a Porter
As a Porter, your main responsibility will be to greet and welcome all guests to the hotel, making them feel at home from the moment they arrive. You’ll assist with their luggage, ensuring that they experience the highest standard of hospitality. Your duties will include:
Guest Assistance: Relieve guests of their luggage upon arrival and ensure they feel welcomed.
Hospitality Excellence: Respond to guest requests promptly and courteously, always maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.
Lobby and Forecourt Maintenance: Keep these areas clean and tidy at all times, ensuring a pleasant environment for guests.
Postal Duties: Handle the collection and distribution of mail, parcels, and other deliveries within the hotel.

Education: A Matric qualification.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to approach issues calmly and find solutions under pressure.

Please note that if you live outside the city where the hotel is located, you will be responsible for your own relocation costs.
