This full-time training opportunity is open to unemployed youth and recent school leavers across South Africa who want to become skilled professionals in high-demand trades such as Welding, Rigging, Boilermaking, and Occupational Health & Safety.

This programme is not just another training session—it’s a career-building opportunity that includes a monthly stipend, nationally recognized qualifications, and real-world work experience at J & C Engineering sites.

Who Can Apply?

This learnership is targeted at unemployed youth and school leavers who are passionate about technical work and are ready for a full-time 12-month training commitment.

To qualify, you must:

Be between 18–35 years old
Have Grade 12 with:
- Mathematics Level 4
- Physical Science Level 5
- English Level 4
Have N3 or any higher technical qualification (optional, but recommended)
Show a genuine interest in the trade you’re applying for
Be committed to full-time participation
Female applicants and persons with disabilities are strongly encouraged to apply
