If you’ve recently finished school and are looking for a way to build a real career, then this opportunity is for you. uMngeni-uThukela Water is offering a powerful Learnership Programme for 2025–2026, giving young South Africans a rare chance to break into the water treatment and municipal infrastructure industry.

Who Should Apply?

Preference is given to the following groups – but anyone with the right attitude and drive can apply:

  • Youth from disadvantaged backgrounds

  • People who studied technical subjects at TVET colleges

Minimum Requirements

You must have:

  • A certified copy of your Grade 12 certificate
  • A certified copy of your ID
  • Proof of residence
  • A detailed CV that includes your contact information

You don’t need work experience. What you need is willingness to learn, work hard, and show up every day with a good attitude.
