Tolcon 2025 Learnership: Apply Now for Fully Paid Learning & Development Opportunities – No Experience Needed

Tolcon invites suitably qualified applicants to apply for their Learning and Development (L&D) Learnership programme. The closing date for applications is 29 August 2025.

This is an exciting opportunity for young South Africans who want to gain valuable skills and practical work experience in a professional environment. If you’re passionate about learning, training, and development, this learnership will allow you to work alongside experienced professionals while preparing yourself for future career opportunities.

What is the Learnership About?

The Tolcon Learning and Development Learnership is designed to give learners hands-on exposure to how training programmes are created, managed, and delivered in a corporate environment.

Under the guidance of the Learning and Development Manager, learners will be involved in real projects such as:

  • Designing and updating training materials.
  • Supporting both virtual and in-person training sessions.
  • Using digital tools to create engaging learning content.
  • Helping identify training needs and skill gaps in the organisation.
  • Assisting with administrative work and training logistics.

This programme provides practical workplace training and knowledge that will prepare you for a career in Learning and Development, Human Resources, or Training Management.

  • You should be comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite.

This is a fantastic opportunity because it’s open even to candidates with no prior work experience.
