Key Responsibilities

As a Seasonal Sales Associate, your responsibilities will include:

Customer Service: Be an ambassador for Totalsports by providing exceptional service and making sure every customer leaves the store with a smile.
Sales Performance: Keep track of sales performance and work hard to exceed your targets. You’ll also need to stay updated on the latest products and trends to recommend the best solutions to customers.
Stock Replenishment: Assist in keeping the store fully stocked, organized, and ready for customers at all times.
Sales-Driven: Actively look for new sales opportunities and promote a wide range of products, from apparel to sports equipment.

Your main goal is to deliver a high-performance shopping experience while contributing to the store’s overall success.

What You Need to Apply

To be considered for this role, you must have:

South African Citizenship: You must be eligible to work in South Africa.
