About the Role

We are seeking an achievement-oriented Store Manager with exceptional customer service and people management skills. This role requires retail experience, a flair for visual merchandising, and a strong aptitude for figures and administration.

Key Responsibilities:

Achieving Targets: Drive turnover to ensure targets are met.
Expense Control: Manage expenses effectively.
Stock Loss Management: Ensure shrinkage is within company standards.
People Management: Recruit, develop, and manage staff; handle employee relations and performance management.
Merchandising: Execute in-store merchandising strategy and standards.
Customer Satisfaction: Implement customer service strategies to meet customer demands.

Requirements

Skills: Figure and admin oriented, organized, and thorough.
Leadership: Excellent leadership and business management skills.
Profit-Driven: Focus on profit and turnover.
Risk Management: Ability to manage risk within the store.
Customer Service: Exceptional customer service orientation.
Quick Learner: Ability to learn quickly.
Qualification: A relevant qualification is advantageous.
