What You’ll Do

As a Sales Associate at Totalsports, you’ll be an ambassador for our brand, creating a positive customer experience. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Customer Experience: Offer amazing customer service and exceed expectations by identifying and providing the best solutions.
• Sales Performance: Actively track sales performance against targets and keep up with the latest trends.
• Product Knowledge: Sell a diverse range of products and stay updated with the latest trends.
• Sales Opportunities: Seek out new sales opportunities and assist with stock replenishing and visual merchandising to ensure the store is always ready for customers.

What You Need

Education: A Matric Certificate.

Passion for Retail: You must be passionate about retail.

Sales and Service: Be sales-driven and service-focused with a strong work ethic and hands-on attitude.

Initiative: Demonstrate initiative to deliver results and represent a quality brand.

Pressure Handling: Thrive under pressure and work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evening shifts.
