Job Overview:

CODE has two exciting opportunities available for P40 Shop Assistants in their stores. The main goal of this role is to ensure that every customer enjoys a great shopping experience, while also helping to drive store sales. What You Need to Apply:

Education: You need to have completed Grade 12 or an equivalent qualification.

Experience: Previous experience working in retail (1-2 years) is required. Familiarity with store operations will give you a great head start in this role.

Computer Skills: Being computer literate is essential for this role as you will be working with tills and other store systems.

Communication: You should be fluent in English. Knowing an additional language would be a plus!

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service: Providing excellent customer care is at the heart of this role. You will interact with customers and ensure they leave the store happy with their experience.

Till Operation: You’ll be responsible for operating the till accurately and efficiently, maintaining a great track record with no errors.

Sales Floor Support: You’ll help maintain a high standard of work on the sales floor by ensuring that all housekeeping standards are met, merchandise is well presented, and stock is organized.

Attendance & Punctuality: Being reliable and punctual is a key expectation in this role. CODE values team members who consistently show up ready to work.
