About the Role

As a Sales Associate at Totalsports, you will be the face of the brand, helping customers find the products they need while providing a top-notch shopping experience. You will actively contribute to the store’s sales targets, keep up to date with the latest sports, décor, and fashion trends, and ensure the store is always well-stocked and welcoming.

Key Responsibilities

Your daily duties will include:

• Representing Totalsports as a brand ambassador and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions to exceed expectations.
• Tracking sales performance and actively pursuing opportunities to meet and exceed targets.
• Selling a diverse range of products while keeping updated on the latest trends.
• Helping to replenish stock and maintain a store that is ready for customers at all times.
• Identifying new opportunities to increase sales and improve the customer experience.

Qualifications & Experience

• Grade 12 / Matric certificate is required.
