This is a learnership opportunity where selected candidates will receive both theoretical training and hands-on experience in vehicle manufacturing and maintenance.
During the programme, you will learn how to:
✅ Work in a team and follow safety procedures
✅ Use hand tools and read technical drawings
✅ Perform welding and marking off operations
✅ Operate and monitor production machines
✅ Prepare surfaces for assembly
✅ Handle firefighting in emergencies
✅ Manage operations and product dispatch
By the end of the learnership, you will achieve an NQF Level 3 certification, which can boost your career prospects in the automotive industry.
To qualify for this learnership, you need:
✔️ Matric (Technical Matric) with Mathematics & Physical Science/Engineering Science
OR
✔️ National Technical Certificate (N3 – N6) in Electrical, Mechanical, or Motor Trade Theory
✔️ Passion for technical work and a strong willingness to learn
