Start Your Career Journey with Transnet

Transnet Rail Infrastructure (TRIM) is offering a two-year professional training programme designed for unemployed graduates aged 18–35. This programme aims to help young South Africans gain valuable hands-on experience while learning directly from industry experts. It combines classroom-based learning with real work exposure so that participants are well-prepared for future job opportunities.

During the 24-month programme, participants will receive ongoing mentorship and support to ensure they grow both personally and professionally. Every six months, progress reviews are conducted to track performance and ensure that each trainee is developing the right skills to meet both personal goals and company expectations.

This opportunity is open to graduates from universities and universities of technology registered with the Department of Higher Education and Training (DHET). Applicants must hold a Bachelor’s degree or BTech qualification (minimum NQF Level 6 or higher) and should not have any prior full-time work experience in their chosen field.
