Key Responsibilities:
As a Store Supervisor, you will:
- Assist the store manager with daily operations and ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Maintain the store’s visual standards and make sure everything looks appealing.
- Ensure in-store housekeeping is up to par.
- Ensure that all staff members follow company policies and procedures.
- Assist with counting hangers and perform regular checks at the service desk and fitting rooms.
- Provide feedback to your manager on top-selling and poorly performing products.
- Help with staff training, performance management, and recruitment processes.
- Actively drive promotions and encourage customers to open new accounts.
- Manage customer queues to provide an excellent shopping experience.
- Perform admin tasks, including admin checks and following up on audits.
Qualifications and Experience:
