What You’ll Be Doing Every Day

As a Talent and Resourcing Graduate In Training, you’ll be the go-to person helping new employees feel welcome and ready to shine. Your job is to make sure everything runs smoothly from the moment someone gets hired. Here’s a quick look at what your daily tasks could include:

  • Helping with onboarding – making sure all new hires fill in their paperwork, get access to systems, and understand how things work.

What Qualifications You’ll Need

  • Finished Matric (Grade 12).
  • A tertiary qualification in Human Resources Management, Industrial Psychology, or Organizational Psychology is a big plus.
