What Does a Cleaning Supervisor Do?
As a Cleaning Supervisor at Tsebo, you’ll be responsible for ensuring that our cleaning services are top-notch, consistent, and aligned with company policies. Here’s what you’ll be doing on a daily basis:
Work Schedules and Job Cards:
You’ll ensure that every team member has a clear work schedule or job card that is relevant to their specific position and site. This helps keep everything organized and on track.
Maintenance and Safety Reporting:
If there’s a maintenance issue or safety concern, you’ll report it to the manager right away. Your quick action helps keep the workplace safe and efficient.
Service Standards:
Regular inspections will be part of your routine to make sure that our service standards are always high. You’ll work to ensure that all services under your scope are up to par.
Staff Presentation:
It’s important that our staff represent the company well, so you’ll make sure they are always dressed smartly and wearing their name badges. You’ll remind them of the importance of upholding the company’s image.
Cleaning Methodology:

Asset Management:
Monthly spot checks on high-value items will be your responsibility. You’ll make sure that all equipment is in good condition, and if something needs repair or service, you’ll see that it gets done.
Daily Checks and Follow-Ups:

Health, Hygiene, and Appearance:
