Key Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll focus on delivering cleanliness and hospitality excellence. Here’s what you’ll be doing:

Maintain Clean and Tidy Spaces
- Clean and arrange rooms to the highest standards.
- Keep associated areas like corridors and storerooms neat and organized.
Attention to Guest Needs
- Replenish supplies and consumables, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Follow up on any special requests as per Tsebo’s hospitality standards.
Quality Control
- Handle guest laundry efficiently in line with Tsebo policies.
- Report and follow up on maintenance issues to maintain room quality.
Efficient Service
- Collect uncollected room service trays promptly, coordinating with the Room Service team.
- Stay organized and uphold SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) in every aspect of cleaning, from bed-making to vacuuming.

Requirements to Succeed

To excel as a Room Attendant, you should bring the following:

Qualifications:
- Grade 11 or 12.
- Experience as a Room Attendant for 2-3 years is an advantage.
Skills and Competencies:
- Excellent communication in English.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Keen eye for detail with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Ability to handle tasks independently and remain calm under pressure.
- Multitasking and people skills are essential.
