The General Assistant role plays a very important part in day-to-day operations. You will help different departments run smoothly, support the kitchen team, and make sure hygiene and safety standards are always followed. Key Responsibilities You Will Handle

As a General Assistant, your daily tasks will help keep the workplace clean, safe, and efficient. You will be expected to:

• Follow all company and legal rules about cleanliness and hygiene.
• Maintain high standards for customer service and operational processes.
• Assist in preparing meals, especially salads, desserts, and other simple dishes.
• Place food items on the serving line and ensure everything looks neat and well-stocked.
• Keep serving areas clean and tidy at all times.
• Help train new staff members when needed.
• Record and store leftover food properly.
• Clean canteen tables, kitchen areas, and other workspaces.
• Make sure customer expectations are met according to the service contract.
• Count stock in your area and hand it over to the next shift when required.
• Assist management by completing any reasonable task they assign.
• Communicate customer complaints or compliments and try to address them when possible.
• Attend meetings, workshops, and training sessions when required.
• Perform any related duties that support the team and operations.

Minimum Qualifications
