About the Position

The Clerk (Receiving) plays an important role in the warehouse by managing stock and ensuring that goods are received and processed correctly. From checking deliveries to handling claims and stock transfers, you’ll be at the center of keeping operations smooth and efficient.

Key Responsibilities

As a Clerk (Receiving) at TWK Agri, your daily duties will include:

• Performing general administrative tasks to support the warehouse.
• Receiving and inspecting all incoming goods for quality and accuracy.
• Labelling stock for easy identification and proper tracking.
• Handling claims and repairs for damaged or incorrect stock.
• Assisting with regular and special stock takes to maintain accurate inventory.
• Placing orders for goods to ensure stock availability.
• Supporting banking activities and petty cash handling.
• Managing branch stock transfers (both incoming and outgoing).
• Preparing and maintaining accurate stock and operational reports.
• Monitoring and resolving negative stock balance issues.
• Assisting with job card processing and related documentation.
• Loading EFTs and ensuring all financial documents are processed correctly.

Minimum Qualifications and Skills

To be considered for this position, you must have:

• Matric / Grade 12.
• Computer literacy and the ability to work with basic software.
• Self-motivation and the ability to stay productive under pressure.
• Honesty, reliability, and a strong sense of responsibility.
