Job Purpose

The role of an Office Assistant is essential to keeping the workplace running smoothly. As an Office Assistant, you will handle a mix of tasks — from welcoming clients to keeping the office clean and organized.

Key Responsibilities

As an Office Assistant at Unifi, your duties will include:

• Welcoming Clients: Greet visitors and direct them to the right staff members.
• Managing Deliveries: Organize courier and messenger services efficiently.
• Cleaning & Maintenance:
  • Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors.
  • Dust and polish furniture and fixtures.
  • Empty trash bins and recycling containers.
  • Clean and sanitize restrooms while keeping them stocked.
  • Wash windows and glass surfaces for a clean appearance.

Requirements to Apply

To qualify for this position, you must meet the following minimum requirements:

• Education: Form Four (O-Level) or Form Six (A-Level).
• Experience: Proven work experience as a cleaner is preferred.
• License: A motorbike license with at least one year of riding experience will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of Cleaning Techniques: Familiarity with cleaning tools, chemicals, and best practices.
• Physical Strength: Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy items when needed.
