URGENT SAFETY ALERT: Dangerous Individuals Operating in Doncaster Area

I am writing to share a serious public safety concern affecting our Doncaster community. Two dangerous individuals are currently targeting kind-hearted residents in our area. Here are the essential details you need to know to keep yourself and your loved ones safe:

Who They Are:

  • Fred Crawford (age 43)
  • Mariel Wayne (age 36)

Their Method: These individuals are approaching homes pretending to be homeless people in need of help. However, this is a dangerous deception – they have violently attacked people who tried to assist them.

Recent Incidents:

  1. January 3rd, 2025: They attacked a 40-year-old single mother in her home using a knife. The victim suffered severe injuries and is currently hospitalized in critical condition.
  2. Following the first attack, they targeted an 87-year-old woman. They approached her using a heartbreaking deception, pretending to be lost with a young child (claiming to be 3-year-old Matthew Stein). They then stole her vehicle.

  • Year: 2015
  • Color: White

IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Do not open your door to strangers, even if they appear to be in distress
