- Make sure everyone follows safety, sales, and record-keeping procedures
- Assist with staff scheduling, training, and performance monitoring
- Report on the store’s health and safety compliance
What You’ll Need to Apply:
- Grade 12 certificate with Maths and English (this is a must)
- A retail qualification or diploma in a related field is a big bonus
- At least 2 years of retail work experience, especially in a store environment
