Your Purpose as a Club-V Attendant:
As a Club-V Attendant, your main goal is to make exercise irresistible for the little members of our club. You’ll be responsible for interacting with children, engaging them in fun and educational activities, and ensuring they are safe in a clean and happy environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Here’s what you’ll be doing daily as a Club-V Attendant:
- Monitor Access: Manage electronic access and exit for all Club-V members.
- Manage Access Cards: Ensure access cards are valid and contain all necessary information.
- Activity Management: Follow the monthly activity roster and correctly implement themed activities for children.
- Emergency Preparedness: Be informed and adhere to emergency procedures competently.
- Maintain Standards: Ensure you meet operational standards and requirements.
- Maintain Environment: Keep the Club-V facility clean, safe, and organized.
- Inventory Management: Manage stock such as toys, arts & crafts, and cleaning supplies using checklists.
- Report Incidents: Immediately report any incidents to the Manager on Duty or Club-V Coordinator.
Minimum Requirements:
We need candidates who have the following qualifications and attributes:
- Clear Criminal Record: This is mandatory for the safety of our members.
- First Aid Training: Up-to-date certification is essential.
- Club-V Training: In-house Club-V training must be completed.
- Active Play Training: Up-to-date training in children’s physical activities.
- Affinity for Children: You must genuinely enjoy being around and working with children.
- Physical Activity: Confidently lead physical games and activities.
- Learning Ability: Willing to learn and implement new junior programs.

- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Curiosity & Growth Mindset: Willing to learn, grow, and seek new opportunities.
