Requirements:
- Matric/NQF equivalent
- At least 6 months experience in a Contact Centre or customer service environment
- Comfortable using Windows, Excel, and Outlook
- Good basic math skills (like adding, subtracting, and calculating percentages)
- Fluent in English and at least one other official South African language (Afrikaans, isiZulu, or seSotho are preferred)
- Able and willing to work rotational shifts, including weekends and evenings
- A valid driver’s license is a bonus but not required
- Basic understanding of the National Credit Act (NCA) is also helpful
