What You’ll Do as a Tutor

As a tutor at Westcol, your main job will be to support students in their studies. You will:

Help learners with assignments, projects, tests, and research tasks.
Explain difficult concepts in simple ways.
Work with lecturers to ensure students get the best academic help.
Keep records, attendance registers, and tutoring files up to date.
Monitor student progress and step in when extra support is needed.
Give constructive feedback to both students and lecturers.
Maintain the confidentiality of student information.
