Job Responsibilities

💳 Till Point Operations

Process transactions quickly and accurately
Scan and pack customer purchases efficiently
Offer Woolworths loyalty cards to customers
Handle different payment methods, including gift cards and bill payments
Provide alternatives if a product is unavailable

🛒 Merchandising & Shelf Packing

Stock shelves and maintain product displays
Rotate stock to reduce waste and prevent expired items
Ensure hygiene and cold chain standards are followed
Identify and report any quality concerns or missing stock
Assist customers with product locations and promotions

📢 Customer Service & Sales

Greet customers and provide friendly, helpful service
Inform customers about promotions and special events
Suggest alternative products if necessary
Assist in maintaining clean and organized store areas

🚨 Shrinkage & Security Awareness

Report any suspicious activity to security or management
Follow store policies to minimize losses and fraud
Work with colleagues to ensure safety and accountability

🛠 Teamwork & Personal Discipline

Follow dress code, hygiene, and timekeeping rules
Attend team meetings to stay updated on daily goals
Be flexible and available for different shifts
